These details are provisional until the legal entity is finalized and must be confirmed before definitive commercial sale.

PHYZIUS sells food supplements in gummy format (starting with PHYZIUS CREATINE). Descriptions, prices and availability are shown on the site at purchase time. Prices include VAT where applicable in Portugal, unless stated otherwise.

Stock may change. Products marked sold out or hidden cannot be purchased.

Full nutrition information, ingredient list and final claims will be published once the formula and label are locked and aligned with applicable notification.

You may order with a PHYZIUS account (email + password) or as a guest (one-time purchases). Subscriptions require an account.

The purchase contract is formed when we confirm payment (Stripe) or when we manually confirm a bank transfer/MB WAY payment. Until then, the order may remain “awaiting payment”.

Payment methods: Stripe (card and configured dynamic methods), manual MB WAY and bank transfer (PT/AO as shown at checkout).

You may cancel before shipment by contacting adalio.semedo@scobovault.org. After shipment, the returns policy applies.

Mainland Portugal and, with logistics to be confirmed separately, Madeira and Azores. Angola: Luanda, Benguela and Lubango. Current standard shipping shown: €3.99 band (€3.99 PT / €3.99 AO), subject to free-shipping rules in checkout (e.g. threshold or 3-pack).

Estimated timelines and carrier delays will be communicated with the order. For international shipments (Angola), import taxes/fees may be borne by the recipient — final confirmation before definitive launch.

Pickup at active PHYZIUS points has no shipping fee.

You are responsible for keeping your account password safe. You can reset it via email.

For consumer disputes, you may use alternative dispute resolution bodies and the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, without prejudice to competent courts.
