Returns and Refunds

For distance contracts, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, under applicable law.

Sealed and unopened product: applicable withdrawal rules may still apply, subject to legal exclusions.

Opened product / broken hygiene seal: health and hygiene exceptions for sealed goods that cannot be returned after opening may apply. We assess case by case under the law and product condition.

We do not state a blanket “no returns” policy.

If you receive a defective, transit-damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos and the reference. We assess replacement or refund as appropriate.

On withdrawal, return shipping costs may be borne by the consumer if previously informed. We refund amounts due within legal timelines, preferably via the same payment method, after receipt/verification when applicable.
